Fault Solution

Check whether:

• Ensure the water taps are open

• the filters in the inlet hoses are blocked

• the inlet hoses may be squashed or

kinked

• the door has been closed

Check whether:

• the drain hose has been installed at the

proper height (60-90 cm)

• the end of the drain hose is not under

water

• there is a vent in the end of the drain hose

Check whether:

• the drain hose is properly connected

• the drain hose is not bent

• the drainage filter is not blocked

• the No-spin function has not been

selected

• the Stop with water function has not

been selected

• the washing load is well distributed in the

drum – redistribute the clothes inside the

drum to allow the machine to spin

Check whether:

• All the blocking elements used for

transportation have been removed

• the machine is in contact with the wall or

furniture.

• the machine is leveled

• the washing load is well distributed in the

drum

• there is little laundry in the drum

Check whether:

• the drum is not overloaded

• the correct amount of detergent has

been used

• the correct programme has been

selected

Check whether:

• the correct washing programme has

been selected

• the correct washing temperature has

been selected

Check whether:

• the water supply tap is open

• the filter between the tap and the supply

hose is clean

Check whether:

• the mains power supply is working

Check whether:

• the washing is evenly distributed in the

drum

• the correct spin speed has been selected

Check whether:

• the wash cycle is finished.

• the Stop with water function has not

been selected
